The Kitchen

What the morning brings in

Our menu starts at the water’s edge. Fish and shellfish arrive fresh, vegetables and olive oil come from the Vlorë countryside, and the kitchen keeps it simple: the grill, good lemon, and time.

This is Mediterranean cooking the way the coast has always done it — generous, seasonal and unhurried. Children are welcome everywhere; high chairs and patient waiters included.
